Boost your Mental & Physical Energy

  What comes to mind when you think about energy? Is it only the physical endurance needed to drive, walk or move? Or is it the mental devotion you require to concentrate, think and feel? In actuality, our daily endeavors draw from two separate energy sources; Mental and Physical. The physical one is rather simple. Our muscles and limbs require this energy in order to walk, jump or even just sit.  However, there is the more elusive form of mental energy. This fuels your feelings, focus and the ability to take in and digest information. Despite their seeming differences; one eternal, powered by the brain, and the other external, driven by body functions. These two are actually connected. One can support or destroy the other -  Mind and Body connection  - Here's an intriguing twist, though. The mental and physical energy of these twins are not equal.
