"This energy field is detected by the camera's hand sensors and a proprietary algorithm correlates this energy to a color", she explains.
Kirlian photography, is a different kind aural photography, is thought to depict the aura as an egg-shaped circle encircling the body.
How to see your Aura?
- Open your eyes and look at the tip of your toe.
- Throughout the exercise, keep your eyes focused on this location and refrain from shifting. Avoid blinking or attempting to blink as gently as possible both are beneficial. To reduce the frequency of blinking, some people would rather keep their eyes slightly closed.
- Attempt to shift the focus of your vision to various locations along the line between your eyes and toes. It would be like trying to notice a dust specks in a particular spot in the line.
- Your personal color is the brilliant contour that you may see around your foot or other parts of your body. Seeing colors above your waist and chest is also typical; this is the visual clairvoyance of your Aura.
- Put the person you want to see the Aura of to stand about 10 feet away from you in front of a black or white background. And adjust the room's lighting as neither too dull not too bright or just stick with natural light.
- Focus on the nose of the person. stay relaxed while focusing.
- You will start to see a shadowy or a grew outline to the person's body. In this situation always remain relaxed and don't get much excited. Always focus on the same spot and don't look at the shadow.
- Now peripherally only, start observing the outline that's formed around the person.
- Take your gaze out from the nose to the forehead gently.

The final and largest Aura plane emanated from the crown chakra and combines all of the other layers. It has a lovely golden glow and contains all of the knowledge about the soul's purpose.
What do the different Aura colors mean?
Can one Aura have several different colors?
It is thought that a particular color corresponds to each layer of your Aura.
Some people think that the way these colors change and blend together shows how complicated you are on an emotional, spiritual and physical level.
For instance, it's been stated that if you're more energetic or lively, some layers might be brighter If you're physically ill, or sad, or under a lot of stress, some layers could be boring.
Another thing to think about:
Generally speaking, a loss of color is not regarded as a reason for an alarm.
Colors may come and go since your Aura is said to shift throughout time.
Every color has a unique meaning, as the infographic above illustrates.
What does the color placement mean?
It is thought that each layer of your Aura represents a distinct chakra. (Chakras believed to be various energy centers in your body).
There may be more prominent levels or chakras. Others can be harder to see or detect.
The various layers and their hues are broken down as follows:
Red is a root or physical layer that can be felt or even seen between your pelvic bone and tailbone.
Orange is the sacral layer which may be felt beneath your naval.
Yellow is the emotional layer that can be felt around your solar plexus , beneath your ribs, and around the middle of your stomach.
Green is the astral layer or heart chakra and it can be felt in or near your chest.
You can feel the Blue spiritual layer or throat chakra at the base of your throat.
The third eye or intuitional layer is indigo or deep purple and can be felt in the middle of your forehead.
White is the absolute layer or crown chakra and it can be felt at the top of your head.
The meaning behind the different layers:
- Physical: When we sleep, this layer is restored, and when we are up, it may be reduced. It is believed to be related to our five senses, as well as our bodily comfort and well-being.
- Astral: It is believed that our sensitive nature is emitted from this emotional layer. We give ourselves self-love there.
- Lower mental: Since reason and cognitive patterns are believed to dwell in this layer, your awake self may use it regularly. This layer energy is used by you to study, work, concentrate, and carry out your principles and beliefs.
- Higher mental: you link your concern for others to your care for yourself in this layer, which could be as a link between the previous layers.
- Spiritual: You may establish spiritual connections with others at this level. It is stated that when you share, teach and interact with people on a spiritual level, you develop and become more radiant.
- Intuitive: It is stated that your third eye is the celestial plane. It could make you more conscious of your own intuition or impulses and help you see your dreams.
- Absolute: It is believed that the last Aural layer functions are as a kind of "net", keeping each layer contained and harmoniously balanced.
Is it possible to cleanse your Aura?
Yes, using positive affirmations could help you clear and restore your Aura. You can "bathe" yourself in good thoughts to clear out bad energy and make room for more hopeful thoughts, much like you can take a shower to wash away physical dirt.
Meditation; Your Aura may become more lively if you dedicate time to your emotional and mental well-being.
Visualization; You can get rid of smudges, or black spots in your auditory layers by visualizing yourself "cleaning" your Aura by exhaling negative energy and inhaling a positive one.
Smudging; Sage burning has long been used to rid spaces or individuals of bad energy.
Healing and energy balance; You might be able to identify the cause of your energy imbalances and try to balance them out with the assistance of spiritual instructors and advisors.
Final words
According to a number of counselors, energy healers, and other Aural health professionals, the physical body is intimately related to the emotional and spiritual bodies.
One example of this relationship is thought to be the Aura.
It may take some time to comprehend and become conscious of your own Aura. Regardless of the results of any endeavor to restore or refresh your auditory health, the habit of concentrating on your own spiritual and emotional well-being may significantly improve your general health.
Thinking positively can boost your energy, promote your healing, and increase your sense of self-worth.
